DANGEROUS LIAISONS
I have been re-investigating my former criminal case, since my release, via the Bronx County Supreme Court, October 10, 2007. I have discovered that my New York State Identification Number (NYSID) 3169626N is sealed; Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), obtained from New York's Finest, is vastly different from the alleged crime that I assaulted three officers with hot water, and dismembered a social worker's organs with same weapon, which resulted in excessive force used--an embedded - tasered bullet in the left breast, coupled with FALSE IMPRISONMENT for over three years, committed three times to a State Psychiatric Forensic Center, due to a CPL 730, (the third time was a charm--I won my case in Orange County Supreme Court). As a matter of fact, I went to Orange County Supreme Court, September, 2010, to look at my sealed record-- it was a disaster--and to add insult to injury, I had to go upstate New York -- VIA New Jersey-- (another state) to get to ORANGE COUNTY (Goshen) .--FOR WHAT??? to open a tampered file.
As I mentioned in my civil cases 08.6234; 6688.08--The Southern District -- 500 Pearl Street, New York -- to my knowledge, no one from NYPD was involved -- not one law enforcer. -- As a matter of fact, the acronym on the SWAT-like uniforms -- were a far cry from NYPD.
I am, and continue to be Pro-Se. Having that established, I decided to go the Bronx Criminal Hall of Justice (Shame) to ensure it was a matter of record, I was Pro-Se in my criminal case. Well, much to my surprise, it listed this attorney, who was terminated by me seven months before my release (I had two previous counsels) -- De ja vous. I did a Motion to Amend to rectify this unjustifiable mistake, and I had to report the Judge to the Judiciary Commission on Conduct, because she presided over my case (conflict of interest), and never corrected a thing. Then I had to complain about another "Judge" for entrapment-- an Injunction against staff in a shelter, for tampering with documents. He wanted me, Miss Pro-Se, to obtain from a legal aid (and gave a list of all the attorneys in each borough) a notarized statement that everything in my document is correct. In that document -- it mentioned the fact that I obtained these documents from my SEALED record, and I ATTACHED THE "ON CALENDAR," which are entries on the jacket of the folder/ file(s). If he had any problems, he should have gone straight to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
Still nosing around, I went to the Office of Court Administration's (OCA) website -- If you ever want to look up a judge -- go through the attorneys web, after GOOGLE search!!!. WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER!!!!!
Through OCA, two (2) persons names, titles, Pro-Se, were attached to 3946, which I promptly gave to the head of the Clerk's office; two judges who committed me to Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center, were appointed by Mayor Michael Reuben Bloomberg, 2002, and 2008, respectively; and the other one was appointed by then-mayor Giuliani; two (2) judges (different genders and ethnicity) with the same name--separated by middle name-Denise; the District Attorney for the Borough of the Bronx, is different from the Bronx DA--Robert T. Johnson; the counsel who misrepresented me and is listed as attorney of record upon my release, is listed as a federal prosecutor for the Southern District, and all three attorneys, who are listed as 18-B panel attorneys are not; the OCA's Organizational Chart is mysterious.-- I am still trying to figure out WHO IS THE CHIEF JUDGE OVER THE STATE COURTS. Judge Lippman is upstate appeals, I printed a blank chart with titles only, then a chart with names on it., and so on. Of course, it was mailed, overnight, expressed, returned receipt to the Commission on Judicial Conduct -- still awaiting word.
Finally, JANUARY 1, 2012, I am reading the Justice Story from the New York Daily News, --"STEALING THE EVIDENCE," -- it actually mentions made-up police officers, phony badge numbers, etc., --but one number is 3946 - transposed. ALL THAT WENT TO THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION, as well. I am still reading: The Commissions: Knapp; Mollen; Warren, Kafauver et.al., and VICTIMOLOGY (derived from the Knapp Commission) AND, yes, my RICO is still in the works.
I must say, that I really enjoyed this labor and I proved, (with the help of the law enforcers -- unofficial-- I am certain that they are still checking the "evidence.") - that the word "NULLITY" -- on my CERTIFICATE OF DISPOSITION is the right word --NULLIFICATION -- in describing this case -- UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!!
